This Employer Verification & Trust Program (“Program”) explains how Master Trading Class Private Limited (“Company”, “InternBoard”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) promotes transparency and trust for opportunity listings on InternBoard.com (the “Platform”).

InternBoard is a global opportunity marketplace connecting:

  • students

  • fresh graduates

  • early-career professionals

with employers offering:

  • internships

  • apprenticeships

  • freelance projects

  • gig opportunities

  • part-time jobs

  • work-from-home jobs

  • live projects

  • professional courses.

InternBoard operates strictly as a technology platform that facilitates opportunity discovery and connections between employers and candidates.

InternBoard does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, or hiring intermediary, and the Platform does not participate in employment contracts or hiring decisions.

This Program describes:

  • how employer accounts may be verified

  • measures used to promote trustworthy opportunity listings

  • responsibilities of employers participating in the Platform

1. Purpose of the Employer Verification & Trust Program

The purpose of this Program is to promote a trusted and transparent environment for candidates seeking opportunities through InternBoard.

The Program aims to:

  • encourage responsible and ethical recruitment practices

  • reduce fraudulent job postings

  • increase trust between candidates and employers

  • strengthen the integrity of the InternBoard marketplace.

While InternBoard implements measures designed to improve trust and transparency, the Platform does not guarantee the authenticity or legitimacy of every employer using the Platform.


2. Scope of the Program

This Program applies to all employers who create accounts or post opportunities on the Platform.

Employers may include:

  • companies

  • startups

  • organizations

  • institutions

  • independent project providers.

The Program applies to opportunities including:

  • internships

  • apprenticeships

  • freelance work

  • gig projects

  • part-time roles

  • work-from-home opportunities

  • live projects

  • professional courses.


3. Employer Registration Requirements

Employers must create an account before posting opportunities on the Platform.

3.1 Basic Employer Information

Employers may be required to provide information including:

  • organization name

  • organization description

  • contact email address

  • website or business profile (if available).

Providing accurate information helps maintain transparency on the Platform.


3.2 Opportunity Listing Information

Employers posting opportunities must clearly specify:

  • role description

  • expected responsibilities

  • duration of the opportunity

  • location or remote status

  • compensation details (if applicable).

Incomplete or misleading listings may be removed.


4. Employer Verification Framework

InternBoard may implement measures designed to improve trust and transparency in employer accounts.

4.1 Profile Review

Employer profiles may be reviewed to ensure that:

  • opportunity listings appear legitimate

  • listings comply with platform policies.

Profile review does not guarantee that an employer has been fully verified.

Suspicious inconsistencies may trigger additional review.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers using InternBoard must comply with the Platform’s professional standards.

6.1 Accurate Opportunity Listings

Employers must provide truthful information regarding:

  • required qualifications

  • compensation structures.

Misleading information is prohibited.


6.2 Compliance With Applicable Laws

Employers must comply with applicable labor laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

InternBoard is not responsible for employer compliance with local employment regulations.


6.3 Prohibition of Candidate Payment Requests

Employers must never request payment from candidates for:

  • job applications

  • interviews

  • training programs

  • equipment purchases.

Employers who request payments from candidates may face permanent removal from the Platform.


6.4 Professional Communication

Employers must communicate with candidates respectfully and professionally.

Harassment or abusive communication violates the Community Guidelines.


7. Candidate Awareness and Due Diligence

Candidates should exercise reasonable caution when evaluating opportunities.

7.1 Independent Verification

Candidates are encouraged to independently verify employers when possible by:

  • reviewing company websites

  • checking public information sources

  • confirming job details before accepting offers.


7.2 Scam Awareness

Candidates should avoid opportunities that:

  • request upfront payments

  • promise unrealistic compensation

  • request sensitive financial information early in the hiring process.

Users should report suspicious opportunities immediately.


8. Reporting Suspicious Employers

InternBoard encourages users to report suspicious employer activity.

8.1 Types of Issues That Can Be Reported

Users may report:

  • payment scams

10. Platform Limitations

While InternBoard promotes transparency and trust, the Platform does not verify every employer using the Platform.

InternBoard cannot guarantee:

  • the legitimacy of all employers

  • the accuracy of every job listing

  • the outcome of employment opportunities.

Users should exercise independent judgment when interacting with employers.


11. Limitation of Liability

InternBoard provides a technology platform connecting employers and candidates.

InternBoard shall not be responsible for:

  • employer hiring decisions

  • disputes between employers and candidates

  • financial losses arising from user interactions.

Users are responsible for evaluating opportunities independently.

InternBoard may update this Program periodically to reflect:
