These Community Guidelines & Trust & Safety Standards (“Guidelines”) define the professional conduct, ethical behavior, and safety expectations for all users of InternBoard.com, operated by Master Trading Class Private Limited (“Company”, “InternBoard”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

InternBoard is a global opportunity marketplace connecting:

  • students

  • fresh graduates

  • early-career professionals

with employers offering:

  • internships

  • apprenticeships

  • freelance projects

  • gig opportunities

  • part-time jobs

  • work-from-home jobs

  • live projects

  • professional courses.

InternBoard operates strictly as a technology platform that enables opportunity discovery and connections between employers and candidates.

InternBoard does not act as an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, or hiring intermediary, and the Platform does not participate in employment contracts or hiring decisions.

These Guidelines establish a Trust & Safety governance framework designed to ensure that the InternBoard community remains:

  • professional

  • respectful

  • safe

  • trustworthy.


1. Purpose of the Community Guidelines

The purpose of these Guidelines is to promote a professional environment where users can safely connect for career opportunities.

These Guidelines aim to:

  • establish clear behavioral expectations for all users

  • prevent harassment, abuse, and fraudulent behavior

  • maintain trust within the InternBoard ecosystem

  • protect candidates and employers from harmful activities.

These standards apply to all interactions on the Platform including:

  • user profiles

  • opportunity listings

  • messages between users

  • user-generated content.


2. Core Community Values

InternBoard is built on principles that encourage ethical and professional engagement.

2.1 Professional Integrity

Users must act honestly and maintain professional integrity in all interactions.

Users should:

  • provide truthful information

  • communicate professionally

  • respect the time and efforts of others.


2.2 Respectful Communication

Users must treat others respectfully regardless of:

  • educational background

  • nationality

  • gender

  • professional experience

  • personal beliefs.

Disrespectful behavior may result in enforcement action.


2.3 Transparency and Accountability

Users are responsible for the information they share on the Platform.

Profiles, opportunity listings, and communications must be accurate and truthful.


2.4 Community Responsibility

Maintaining a safe platform requires cooperation from all users.

Users are encouraged to report behavior that violates community standards.


3. Acceptable Use of InternBoard

InternBoard may be used for legitimate professional purposes including:

  • discovering internships and apprenticeships

  • posting freelance or gig opportunities

  • applying for part-time jobs or live projects

  • accessing professional courses.

Users should use the Platform only for purposes aligned with career development and professional networking.


4. Prohibited Behavior

The following conduct is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Harassment and Abusive Conduct

Users may not engage in behavior including:

  • threats or intimidation

  • harassment or bullying

  • repeated unwanted communication

  • abusive or offensive language.

InternBoard maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment.


4.2 Discrimination and Hate Speech

Users must not post or communicate content that promotes discrimination based on:

  • race

  • religion

  • nationality

  • gender

  • disability

  • sexual orientation.

Hate speech and discriminatory behavior are strictly prohibited.


4.3 Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices

Users may not engage in activities including:

  • misrepresentation of qualifications

  • impersonation of organizations

  • misleading opportunity descriptions.

Fraudulent behavior may lead to permanent account removal.


4.4 Spam and Unsolicited Messaging

Users must not send unsolicited or irrelevant messages such as:

  • repeated messaging unrelated to opportunities

  • bulk unsolicited outreach.

Spam activity disrupts platform integrity.


4.5 Data Harvesting and Scraping

Users may not collect platform data using automated tools or scripts.

This includes extracting:

  • email addresses

  • phone numbers

  • resumes

  • employer contact details.

Unauthorized data collection is strictly prohibited.


4.6 Malicious Content

Users must not distribute:

  • malware

  • phishing links

  • harmful downloads

  • malicious code.

Such activities may result in immediate account termination.


5. Employer Conduct Standards

Employers using InternBoard must follow responsible recruitment practices.

5.1 Accurate Opportunity Listings

Employers must clearly disclose:

  • job responsibilities

  • compensation terms

  • work arrangements

  • duration of internships or projects.

Misleading job descriptions are not permitted.


5.2 Ethical Recruitment Practices

Employers must communicate professionally with candidates and maintain transparent recruitment processes.

Employers should avoid practices that could mislead or exploit candidates.


5.3 No Candidate Payment Requests

Employers must never request payment from candidates for:

  • application processing

  • interviews

  • training programs

  • equipment purchases.

Employers requesting money from candidates may be permanently banned from the Platform.


6. Candidate Conduct Standards

Candidates must maintain professional behavior when interacting with employers.

6.1 Accurate Profile Information

Candidates must provide truthful information regarding:

  • education

  • experience

  • certifications.

Providing false credentials violates platform policies.


6.2 Responsible Communication

Candidates should communicate respectfully with employers and avoid harassment or inappropriate language.


6.3 Responsible Application Practices

Candidates should apply only to opportunities that align with their qualifications.

Submitting excessive or irrelevant applications may be considered spam.


7. Content Standards

All user-generated content on the Platform must meet professional standards.

7.1 Appropriate Professional Content

Content should be suitable for a professional career platform.

Users must avoid posting:

  • offensive content

  • misleading information

  • irrelevant promotional materials.


7.2 Intellectual Property Respect

Users must respect intellectual property rights and should not upload content that infringes on:

  • copyrights

  • trademarks

  • proprietary content.


8. Trust & Safety Monitoring

InternBoard may use various tools to maintain community safety.

8.1 Automated Monitoring Systems

The Platform may use automated systems to detect:

  • suspicious account activity

  • spam messaging patterns

  • potential fraud attempts.


8.2 Platform Moderation

InternBoard may review content posted on the Platform and remove material that violates community standards.


8.3 Risk Assessment

User activity may be evaluated to identify behaviors that may pose risks to community safety.


9. Reporting Violations

InternBoard encourages users to report violations of community standards.

Users may report:

  • harassment

  • fraudulent job listings

  • impersonation

  • spam behavior.

Reports may be reviewed by the InternBoard Trust & Safety team.


10. Enforcement Actions

InternBoard reserves the right to enforce these Guidelines.

Possible actions include:

  • removal of violating content

  • temporary account suspension

  • permanent account bans.

Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.


11. Platform Limitations

InternBoard monitors platform activity but cannot review all user interactions.

InternBoard does not verify every employer or candidate using the Platform.

Users should exercise independent judgment when interacting with others.


12. Limitation of Liability

InternBoard provides a technology platform connecting employers and candidates.

InternBoard shall not be responsible for:

  • disputes between users

  • employer hiring decisions

  • user-generated content.

Users are responsible for their conduct on the Platform.


13. Policy Updates

InternBoard may update these Guidelines periodically to reflect:

  • evolving community standards

  • platform improvements

  • regulatory developments.

Updated policies will be published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of revised Guidelines.


14. Governing Law

These Community Guidelines are governed by the laws of India.


15. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
