These Community Guidelines & Trust & Safety Standards (“Guidelines”) define the expected conduct, ethical responsibilities, and safety rules for all users of InternBoard.com (“Platform”), owned and operated by Master Trading Class Private Limited (“InternBoard”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

InternBoard is a global opportunity marketplace connecting students, fresh graduates, and early-career professionals with employers offering internships, apprenticeships, jobs, gigs, part-time roles, remote work, and career-oriented courses.

InternBoard operates strictly as a technology platform and:

  • does not act as an employer, recruiter, or hiring intermediary
  • does not participate in hiring decisions or employment agreements
  • does not guarantee opportunity, authenticity, or outcomes

These guidelines establish a Trust & Safety framework to maintain a professional, secure, and reliable ecosystem for all users.


1. Purpose of Community Guidelines

These guidelines are designed to:

  • establish clear behavioral standards
  • promote professionalism and ethical conduct
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and misconduct
  • protect both candidates and employers
  • maintain trust within the InternBoard ecosystem

These rules apply to all platform interactions, including:

  • user profiles
  • job and opportunity listings
  • messages and communications
  • uploaded content

These guidelines apply to:

  • Employers
  • Visitors
  • Organizations

They govern both on-platform and platform-related interactions, including communications initiated through InternBoard.

is strictly prohibited.


5.3 Fraud & Misrepresentation

  • false credentials
  • impersonation
  • misleading information

Fraudulent activity may result in a permanent ban and legal action.


5.4 Payment Scams & Exploitation

Strictly prohibited:

  • requesting money from candidates
  • pay-to-apply schemes
  • fake training or certification fees

Employers requesting payment will be permanently banned.


5.5 Spam & Unsolicited Communication

  • bulk messaging
  • irrelevant outreach
  • promotional spam

5.6 Data Scraping & Unauthorized Access

Users must not:

  • extract emails, resumes, or contact data
  • use bots or scraping tools
  • reverse engineer platform systems

5.7 Malicious Activities

  • malware distribution
  • phishing attacks
  • harmful links or downloads

Immediate termination may apply.


6. Employer Conduct Standards

6.1 Accurate Listings

Employers must clearly provide the following:

  • job role and responsibilities
  • compensation (if applicable)
  • work type (remote/on-site)
  • duration and expectations

6.2 Ethical Hiring Practices

Employers must:

  • communicate professionally
  • provide transparent hiring processes
  • avoid misleading candidates

6.3 Prohibited Employer Actions

Employers must never:

  • request payments from candidates
  • post fake or misleading jobs
  • exploit unpaid labor unlawfully

7. Candidate Conduct Standards

7.1 Accurate Profiles

Candidates must provide truthful information about:

7.2 Professional Communication

Candidates must:

  • communicate respectfully
  • avoid harassment or spam

7.3 Responsible Applications

Candidates should:

8. Content Standards

8.2 Prohibited Content

Users must not post:

All reports are reviewed by the Trust & Safety team.


11. Enforcement Actions

InternBoard may take actions including:

  • permanent account ban

Serious violations may be reported to authorities.


12. Repeat Violations Policy

Users repeatedly violating policies may face:

  • permanent restrictions
  • blacklisting
  • denial of future access

13. Platform Limitations

InternBoard:

  • does not verify all users
  • cannot monitor all interactions
  • does not guarantee authenticity of listings

Users must exercise independent judgment.


14. Platform Misuse

Users must not:

  • manipulate platform systems
  • bypass safeguards
  • exploit platform features

Violations will result in enforcement action.


15. Limitation of Liability

16. Indemnification
