These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of InternBoard.com (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Master Trading Class Private Limited (“Company”, “InternBoard”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
InternBoard is a global opportunity marketplace connecting:
students
fresh graduates
early-career professionals
with employers offering:
internships
apprenticeships
freelance work
gig opportunities
part-time jobs
work-from-home jobs
live projects
professional courses.
InternBoard operates strictly as a technology platform that facilitates opportunity discovery and connections between employers and candidates.
InternBoard does not act as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, hiring intermediary, or training provider, and InternBoard does not participate in employment contracts, freelance agreements, or hiring decisions.
By accessing or using the Platform, users agree to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Introduction
These Terms establish the legally binding agreement between users and InternBoard governing access to and use of the Platform.
These Terms describe:
the services offered by the Platform
rights and responsibilities of users
membership and payment policies
acceptable platform use
limitations of liability and dispute resolution.
These Terms apply to all users including:
candidates
employers
visitors
organizations using the Platform.
2. Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
Platform
The website and digital services available at InternBoard.com.
User
Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
Employer
Any individual or organization posting opportunities on the platform.
Candidate
Students, graduates, or professionals seeking opportunities through the Platform.
Opportunity
Internships, apprenticeships, freelance projects, gigs, part-time jobs, work-from-home roles, live projects, or courses listed on the platform.
Membership
A paid subscription is required for candidates to apply to opportunities on the platform.
User Content
Any information, data, text, job listings, resumes, course descriptions, messages, or other materials submitted by users.
3. User Eligibility
To use the platform, users must:
be at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction
have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
provide accurate registration information.
InternBoard reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
4. Platform Services
InternBoard provides a digital platform that enables employers and candidates to connect.
Employers may:
create employer accounts
post internships, apprenticeships, freelance projects, gigs, and jobs
review candidate profiles.
Employer job postings on InternBoard are free of charge.
Candidates may:
create candidate profiles
upload resumes
apply to opportunities
access professional opportunities and courses.
InternBoard provides opportunity discovery services only and does not guarantee hiring outcomes.
5. Account Registration
Users must create an account to access certain features of the platform.
Users agree to:
provide accurate and current information
maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
notify InternBoard of unauthorized account access.
Users are responsible for all activities occurring under their accounts.
6. Membership and Payments
Candidates must purchase a membership to apply for opportunities.

Lifetime Plan
Lifetime Access — $49 (Limited Offer)
All plans include:
unlimited applications
unlimited resume submissions
unlimited access to opportunities.
Membership payments may include:
currency conversion charges
international transaction fees
taxes imposed by financial institutions or payment providers.
Users are responsible for such charges.
7. Refund Policy
InternBoard follows a strict no-refund policy.
Once membership is purchased:
payments are final
cancellations do not qualify for refunds.
Refunds may only be issued where required under applicable Indian law.
8. Employer Responsibilities
Employers posting opportunities must:
provide accurate job descriptions
avoid misleading compensation claims
comply with applicable labor laws
avoid exploitative unpaid internships
communicate professionally with candidates.
Employers must never request payments from candidates for job applications, training programs, interviews, or equipment purchases.
Employers requesting money from candidates may be permanently banned from the Platform.
9. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates must:
provide truthful profile information
avoid impersonation
avoid submitting fraudulent documents
communicate professionally with employers.
Candidates may not spam employers or submit misleading information.
10. Acceptable Use of the Platform
Users should not:
scrape platform data
use automated bots or scripts
distribute malicious software
harass other users
attempt unauthorized access to platform systems.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
11. User Content License
Users retain ownership of content they submit to the Platform.
However, by submitting User Content, users grant InternBoard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:
host
display
reproduce
distribute
process
such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit the content they upload.
12. Content Moderation and Enforcement
InternBoard may review, remove, or restrict content that violates platform policies.
InternBoard reserves the right to:
remove job listings
restrict accounts
suspend or terminate user access.
However, InternBoard does not guarantee that all harmful or misleading content will be detected.
13. Algorithmic Recommendations and AI Tools
InternBoard may use automated systems or AI-driven technologies to:
recommend opportunities to candidates
highlight candidate profiles to employers
detect fraudulent activity.
Such systems may rely on algorithms and user activity data.
Recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not guarantee relevance or hiring outcomes.
14. Safe Harbor and Intermediary Protection
InternBoard operates as a neutral digital intermediary.
InternBoard shall not be responsible for:
user-generated content
employer job listings
candidate profile information
communications between users.
All agreements formed through the Platform occur directly between users.
15. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate services from third-party providers such as:
hosting infrastructure
analytics services
payment gateways.
InternBoard is not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party services.
16. Fraud Prevention
InternBoard prohibits fraudulent activity, including:
fake job postings
phishing scams
impersonation
payment requests from employers.
Users may report suspicious activity to:
17. Account Suspension or Termination
InternBoard reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
violate platform policies
engage in fraudulent activity
misuse platform services.
Termination may occur without prior notice in cases involving serious violations.
18. Limitation of Liability
InternBoard shall not be responsible for:
employer misconduct
candidate misrepresentation
employment disputes
financial losses resulting from user interactions
hiring outcomes.
InternBoard’s liability relating to Platform services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for membership services.
19. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners
from claims arising from:
misuse of the Platform
violation of these Terms
disputes between employers and candidates.
20. Global Access and Compliance
InternBoard operates from India but may be accessed worldwide.
Users accessing the platform from outside India must comply with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
21. Policy Updates
InternBoard reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
23. Jurisdiction
All disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
