This Platform Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure Policy (“Policy”) governs the limitations, legal disclaimers, and risk disclosures applicable to users accessing or using InternBoard.com (the “Platform”), owned and operated by Master Trading Class Private Limited (“Company”, “InternBoard”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

InternBoard is a global opportunity marketplace connecting:

with employers offering:

  • apprenticeships

  • freelance projects

  • gig opportunities

  • part-time jobs

  • work-from-home jobs

  • live projects

  • professional courses.

InternBoard operates strictly as a technology platform that facilitates opportunity discovery and connections between employers and candidates.

InternBoard does not act as an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, employment intermediary, or training provider, and does not participate in employment agreements, freelance contracts, project agreements, or hiring decisions.

By accessing or using the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to the disclaimers and risk disclosures described in this Policy.


1. Introduction

Online opportunity marketplaces enable individuals and organizations to connect globally. However, such platforms involve inherent risks associated with independent user interactions, third-party content, and employment arrangements that occur outside the platform’s control.

Candidate

Opportunity
Any internship, apprenticeship, freelance project, gig role, part-time job, work-from-home role, live project, or professional course listed on the Platform.

User Content
Any information, text, data, job postings, resumes, course listings, or communications submitted by users.


3. Platform Intermediary Disclaimer

InternBoard functions solely as a technology platform that enables connections between employers and candidates.

InternBoard:

  • does not employ candidates

  • does not recruit candidates on behalf of employers

  • does not act as an employment agency

  • does not negotiate contracts between users

  • does not supervise employment relationships.

All employment relationships, freelance agreements, project engagements, or course enrollments occur directly between users.

InternBoard is not a party to such agreements.


4. Marketplace Safe Harbor & Intermediary Protection

InternBoard operates as a neutral digital intermediary platform.

Under applicable intermediary liability frameworks and safe harbor principles, InternBoard shall not be held responsible for:

  • user-generated content

  • employer job postings

  • candidate profile information

  • communications between users.

InternBoard does not control the content posted by users and does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or reliability of such content.


5. No Guarantee of Employment or Opportunity Outcomes

InternBoard does not guarantee:

  • employment offers

  • internship placements

  • apprenticeship placements

  • freelance contracts

  • gig assignments

  • participation in live projects

  • course completion outcomes.

Employers independently determine:

  • hiring decisions

  • candidate selection

  • interview processes

  • compensation structures.

The presence of an opportunity listing does not guarantee hiring outcomes.


6. Employer Authenticity Disclaimer

However, InternBoard does not verify every employer or organization using the Platform.

from claims arising from:
